OEM/ODM SERVICES:

Upon receipt of your OEM/ODM requirements, we will immediately set up a project team to serve you.

The process is as follows:

Contact our sales manager and inform your special requirements.

Provide us with your technical requirement, designed logo and packing.

Our team will design as per your requirement until you are satisfied and quotation will be offered for your confirmation.

Sign sales confirmation and you pay deposit.

Confirm and start mass production and we will keep you updated during the production period.

Delivery: We will inform you to pay the balance when the production is completed. Start shipping as agreed

After sales service: 2 years quality assurance period for electric pallet truck, electric stacker and forklift truck etc. 5 years quality assurance period for lithium battery.
